I had never made Kulfi before this and was a bit nervous. I made it for a get together where several of my friends recall their mothers making it for them at home and said it tasted just as good. The ingredients needed to make Kulfi:
  1. Get 1 litre milk
  2. Make ready 1/2 bowl sugar

Instructions to make Kulfi:
  1. Take 1-litre milk in a pan and boil it once and then cook it at low or medium flame
  2. Stir it continuously on medium flame till it becomes thick and will remain two-third.
  3. Stirring continuously and add sugar into it till becomes thick.
  4. Now it is almost done. Now add chopped almonds into it.
  5. Now cool it at room temperature and then add it in cups to make it's shape
  6. Cover the cups with aluminum foil paper and tie it with rubber to make it tight.
  7. Add Popsicle stick into it and keep it in the freezer overnight.
  8. Keeping it overnight, check it it is ready to serve.

It's a little like ice cream but Kulfi has its own unique flavor. You won't believe how easy it is! bangladesh too. moreover, kulfi's have very similar texture and appearance to a normal ice cream. however, these are more rich probably, my love to kulfi started during my schooling days. i use to. Pista Kulfi is a very popular Indian ice cream. Kulfi comes in a variety of different flavors. Traditional kulfi is flavored with cardamom; this recipe is flavored with cardamom and pistachios.
