  7. Pour the mango mousse ontop. Place another slice of cake and add the mousse, spread evenly and refrigerate.
  8. For the Mango glaze. Sprinkle gelatin in water and let it bloom. Put it in a bath of hot water until its clear. Add to the mango puree and combine.
  9. Remove the mousse from the fridge and pour the mango glaze ontop
  10. Spread evenly and refrigerate. I added red cherries
  11. After afew hours, remove and garnish as you please.
  12. Cut and enjoy your dessert
