  7. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven as you check the doneness. It is done once you stick a toothpick in the middle and no batter sticks to it.
  8. This is the cream cheese I used this time. The cheesecake is soft when it is just done baking, so let it cool sufficiently in the pan. Let sit overnight in the fridge.
