  5. Preheat a thick bottomed pressure cooker for about 10 min without the whistle and the rubber gasket.dont forget to keep a small cooker stand inside to avoid direct contact and to avoid the cake bottom to burn.
  6. After 10min of preheat keep the cake tin into the cooker on the stand and close the lid.let it cool on some for abt 40-45 minutes, you can always open the lid to check the cake after 40minutes.
  7. Do the toothpick test if it comes out clean then you can turn off the flame if not cook it for another 5-10 min accordingly.leave it for sometime in the cooker then remove it and let it cool.
