  2. Cook the milk until it reduces to half the quantity, then switch off the gas
  3. On the other side put sugar in a pan to prepare caramel. Let it cook on low heat, until it caramalises, do not stir too much
  4. Now add the to the milk and mix nicely, do not worry if there are any lumps of caramel, it will go away gradually, let the mixture becomes little cool, it should be warm, you can see the milk has become light brown in colour
  5. Now blend the curd nicely and add it to the milk mixture, mix well so that everything merges nicely
  6. Now pour this mixture in a bowl or an earthen pot, cover and keep it for 4 - 5 hours to set
  7. When it sets nicely then keep in the refrigerator, serve when chilled nicely
