  4. Process 1:Preheat the rice cooker/steamer with water so as to steam enough. Pour the batter in a covered bowl & put inside the steamer for 30 mins. Don't rise the gas stove higher, with a consistency of medium - low flame. Process 2: Preheat the oven at 180 degree C and follow the above steps.
  5. After 30-40 mins, check with a toothpick so that it should not stick the sides. Cool it down completely & refrigerate it for 3 hours for the best mouth dripping bhapa doi.
