To cornflour waly mixtute ko add kar ke Tb tak pakain jab tak milk thora, gara naw ho jaye.. Make sure ke sth sth chamach chalaty jayen.. Jab dodh gara ho jaye to cream cheese add kar dein or flame medium to low par kar ke Tb tak pakain jab tak cream melt naw ho jaye.
  3. Or tyar hai yummy sa creamy milk
  4. Ab ham ny sugar syrup tyar krna hai.. Ak pan lein us me 1/2 cup sugar or same he quantity me pani add kar dein or flame ko medium kar dein jab sugar axhy sy dissolve ho jaye to rose water/kewra water ya koi bhe food essence add kar ke 2 seconds tak pakain phr flame ko turn off kar dein..
  5. Ab ak pan lein us butter sy grease kar dein axhi khasi quantity lgani hai butter ki.. Jab pan grease ho jaye to us me half sawaiyan add karain phr usy ksi katori sy equal or set kar lein katori ko sawaiyo ke uper press karain ta ke sawaiyan Beth jayen phr us ke uper sari cream add kar dein
  6. Phr us ke baad cream ke uper baqi ki sawaiyan add kar dein.. Or uper sy thora sa set kar lein ksi bhe katori sy ta ke cream bahir naw nikly.
  7. Over ko pre heat kar lein 180c par 10 mins ke lye phr us ke baad us me 150c par bake kar lein 20 mins ke lye… Jab kunafa ready ho jaye to us ke uper sugar syrup add kar dijiye.. Or tyar hai apka mazedar sa kunafa πŸ˜‡
