  8. For chocolate ganache - - Take a pan and add fresh cream and boiled it and add dark chocolate..
  9. Then remove pan on gas and mix it well.. Ganache is ready.
  10. Again cheese mixture proper set in freezer then remove tin and pour dark chocolate ganache on cream cheese layer.Makes ganache with proper method you can see your face like me for my recipe.
  11. Then roast peanuts and and do caramelized with sugar.And break them for garnishing.. For crunchiness.
  12. Add banana in sugar syrup for caramelizing.
  13. And garnishi on cheesecake top.And put crunchy caramelized peanuts
