  6. Get mousse mixture and add in to a serving dish of choice and put in the fridge and let set for 12 - 24hrs (24hrs is best)

I like semi-sweet chocolate but if you prefer your mousse with a darker chocolate flavor, use bittersweet. Remember, the higher the cacao percentage, the less sweet the chocolate..
