  7. Take 1 cup sugar
  8. Get 2 tsp corn starch

My family loves Flan, I usually bake it in a round cake pan, But you can use ramekins. This recipe is NOT a hard as it looks.

Instructions to make Flan:
  1. Set oven at 325°
  2. Blend the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend cream cheese and corn starch after. Fat free ingredients will have different results
  3. Put sugar in a pan, stir constantly and let melt. Do not let boil
  4. Pour melted sugar in baking dish or single baking cups
  5. Once sugar has cooled, pour blended ingredients into dish
  6. Place dish in water bath
  7. Place in oven for hour and a half or until top is golden brown
  8. Let cool in fridge
  9. Run thin plastic knife around flan to release from dish. Flip onto plate or platter

For best results make Flan a day ahead to let the caramel form a slightly liquefied layer. Time does not include cooling time.
