  4. With a nutcracker,cut open the kernel and remove the nut out of it.
  5. In a non-stick pan,add water and let it boil.
  6. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  7. Now add apricots,cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Switch off the flame,grind to a coarse paste after it cools down.
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and nuts and its ready to be devoured!
