Hello everybody, it is Drew, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, chocolate pavlova. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Chocolate Pavlova is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Chocolate Pavlova is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the meringue into an eight inch circle. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Mix whites, sugars, and salt in a mixer bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook chocolate pavlova using 4 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

  1. Take 2 Egg whites
  2. Get 1 cup Icing sugar
  3. Take 1/3 cup water Boiling
  4. Get 1 tbsp Coco powder

  4. Serve pavlovas straight from  the oven, topped with ice cream.

Just before serving, spoon mousse into the center of the cooled pavlova, then top with crème fraîche. Top with fresh berries or chocolate shavings if desired. Top the pavlova with the raspberries and sprinkle the shaved chocolate over top. Cut the pavlova into wedges, wiping the knife in between slices, and serve. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
