  3. Take 1 1/3 cup sugar

Steps to make Pavlova:
  1. Beat egg whites until quite stiff,add sugar and beat until dissolved.
  2. Fold in vanilla cornflour and vinegar
  3. Cover tray with baking paper and pile mixture in centre,spread to about 6 cm.
  4. Pre heat oven to 150c then 120c for 45 min
  5. I cool mine in the oven,turn upsidedown on to pkate and decorate as desired.
  6. Then 100c for two hours on a lower shelf.
