2. When the sugar is dissolved. And the milk becomes more thick like the rabri. Put off the flame add the gratted dark chocolate and crushed almond 90%. Now take a matka and put the kulfi mixture into it. Garnish it with the remaining almond. Cover it with a aluminium foil and keep it in the fridge for 8-10 hrs.
