  4. Now add sugar to reduced milk. - Boil on low flame again as sugar leaves water.
  5. After few boils - add milk powder. Stir continuously till milk powder dissolves fully and no lumps are left.
  6. Take kesar in a bowl. Add two to three drops of milk. Churn kesar with the backside of a spoon till smooth paste of kesar is formed. Add this paste to the milk mixture on flame. Stir
  7. Crush Cashews, pistachios in tiny pieces. Add to milk mixture. Add cardamom powder. Stir well.
  8. By this time milk reduces to thick consistency as required for kulfi. Put off the flame.
  9. Cool down the milk mixture under fan with continuously stirring so that fat layer is not deposited at the top of milk.
  10. Once cooled to room temperature, pour milk mixture in icecream moulds. Cover lids of moulds with aluminium foil or polythene so as to avoid ice formation inside moulds and refrigerate
  11. Keep overnight for proper frosting process.
  12. When ever Delicious KESAR PISTA KULFI is to be gobbled just take out of refrigerator,keep under running water for few seconds. The kulfi leaves the sides of icecream mould. Demould and enjoy the mouth watering dessert.
