Steps to make Mango Kulfi Falooda:
  1. Take a sauce pan. add milk and let it cook on low heat. keep on stiring in between till it starts to thicken. we need to reduce the milk by 1/3rd.
  2. Take 3-4 mangoes. remove top head of mango. now we need to remove seed of mango without removing it's skin and pulp. so that we can fill the thicken milk in it. make 4-5 cuts on sides of seed and take it out by moving it with hands.donot throw the head that we cut before. place the mango in a bowl in standing position.
  3. Now once milk thickens add sugar as per your taste, cut or grinded pistas, dried rose petals(optional). you can also add rose water and kewda water for flavour. add elachi powder. take out some milk in a bowl and add kesar strands. let it release it's colour and add it back to milk. mix them well. now turn off the heat.
  4. Let the mixture cool a bit. now add the milk mixture in the mangoes and cover mangoes top with it's cut head. put it in the freezer
  5. Let it freeze 6-7 hours. now take out mangoes. peel of the outer part. cut the mangoes in slices. boil some falooda/vermicelli and add in top of mango kulfi slices. add some roohafza or rose syrup on top of falooda..add some pistas and mango pieces(optional) on top of it. enjoy the summer with mango kulfi falooda.
