  3. Peel the mango and grind the pulp. if possible grind in such way that few small mango pcs should remain. (Not necessary)
  4. Now mix rabdi & mango pulp nicely, and just taste, if you feel sugar should be added add as per your taste. Add dry fruits if you like.
  5. Turn this mixture into kulfi mold, I had kullad so I gave try for that. Cover kullad top with foil paper and freeze kulfi for 8-10 hours. Enjoy your summer mango kulfi!!!
