  2. Bring milk to a boil and cook till it reduces to one third it's volume remove from heat and add sugar and mix add khoya and mix well cool it
  3. Take mixie jar add strained paan gulkand mixture and reduced milk mixture and coconut powder and blend well than add chopped pistachio.
  4. Transfer into kulfi molds and insert an ice-cream wooden stick cover with the lid. Keep it in the deep freezer for five to six hours or till well set.
  5. Unmold the kulfi and serve immediately and garnish with different colors trutti fruity as your desire.
