  2. Add the sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar melts and the moisture evaporates.
  3. Mix khoya and mix well.Cook for five minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and sprinkle green cardamom powder.
  4. Serve hot garnished by chopped pistachios, peeled almonds,khoya peda,grated khoya and glazed cherry..
