  1. Prepare 1/2 cup milk powder
  2. Get 1/4 cup icing sugar
  3. Take 1/4 cup warm water

  6. Take 6 tbsp sugar
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp milk powder
  9. Get 1 tsp elachi powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp kesar
  11. Get 1/2 crushed almonds and cashew
  12. Take 10-12 malai peda

Homemade Milkmaid:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and blend or whisk it nicely for 5 mins to till it turns to a smooth thick texture. - Make sure that there are no lumps Milkmaid is ready.
  2. Take one cup cold milk, keep the remaining milk for boiling. - Now add sugar kesar elaichi powder to the boiling milk and let it boil on low flame for about 12-15 mins.
  3. Now add cornflour milk powder in one cup cold milk and mix it well.
  4. Make sure that there are no lumps. - Add the cornflour milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring continuously to avoid burning at the base.
  5. Keep stirring and keep scrapping the sides to get a good taste of kulfi.
  6. Keep boiling on low flame till you get a thick pouring consistency.
  7. Now add milkmaid and let it boil for 3-5 mins. - Off the flame add the curshed dry fruits and let it cool for 3-4 mins.
  8. Now crush the pedas and add the kulfi mixture and mix it well till pedas are well mixed with the kulfi mixture.
  9. Let it cool completely at room temperature. - Pour the mixture in a setting dish, kulfi moulds or matkas as per your choice
  10. Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits and freeze it for 7-8 hours or till it is set. - Enjoy chilled.
