  1. Take milk in a jar.

  5. Pour the mixture in a kulfi moulds.
  6. Cover the lids and keep it to freeze for about 5 to 6 hrs.
  7. Remove from the fridge.just slit the edges of the mould with the knife before demoulding the kulfis.
  8. And enjoy it.

It's a little like ice cream but Kulfi has its own unique flavor.
