  4. Ab hath ki madad sy is ko mash kar lain. aur is mein milk powder,ghee aur baking soda b daal dain. Spoon ki madad sy thora thora milk add karein aur ek sticky sa mixture tyar kar lain.Is mixture ko 5 minutes ke liye chor dain.
  5. Ab apny hathon py oil lgayen aur apni zroort ke mutabiq size jitna mixture hath mein lain aur bohot he naram hathon sy isko ghol kar lain.Zada press nahi krna. Ek hath mein lay kar hlka hlka gol gol guma b sktay hain.Is tarah b wo gol ban jayengy.
  6. Ab ek karahi mein oil garam karein.Inko deep fry krna hoga. Oil bht zada garam nahi hona chaheay.Ab is mein gulab jaman daalen aur brown honay tak pkayen. Jab yeh pak jayengy to inki crust skht hogi lekin gabranay ki zroort nahi ha.
  7. Ab nikalay huay garam garam gulab jaman ko sugar walay mixture mn add kar dain.Syrup ke neechy flame off kar dain. Gulab jamun ko sheeray mein adhay ghantay ke liye prha rehnay dain.
  8. Adhy ghantay ke baad apky yummy and soft gulab jamun ready hongy.
