They are delicately soft, delicious, melt in the mouth, deep fried bread balls dunked in a cardamom infused sugar syrup. For making jamuns, make balls and flatten.

Soak the Bread Gulab Jamun & Serve: Add fried gulab jamun balls and rose syrup in the sugar syrup. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate.
